eVR's Owner Verification Scheme eVilla Rentals offers a verification service for Florida rental home owners who are members of eVR. This service is intended to give confidence to anyone who is renting a home through the internet, and who wants to be reassured that the person they are dealing with is a genuine rental home owner. Any eVR member who has been accepted onto the eVR verification scheme will have been a member for a minimum of three months, and they will have provided the following information to eVilla Rentals: The villa owner's name, mailing address and home telephone number. The name, address and telephone number of the local management company for the villa. The name, email address and telephone number of two previous guests at the villa. eVR allows owners to display the verification logo and to describe themselves as 'eVR Verified' only when this information has been checked and found to be valid. Important: eVilla Rentals does not offer any guarantee of any sort to potential renters beyond these checks. We do not make any claim as to the quality of the rental home, or of the accuracy of the description provided by the owner, nor do we offer any financial security, guarantees or insurance in respect of any transaction that may be made between a renter and an owner. A renter who uses an eVR verified rental home owner, and who confirms with eVR that the owner is verified, can expect to be dealing with an owner who has a genuine rental home. eVR will, on request, provide contact information for any owner on the scheme.
