If you want to change any of the details or photos on your listing on any of our websites, please email us the changes and we will make them manually. If you want to change your contact email address, just send us your new address and we will change it in our database, on your listing, and anywhere else that it occurs.

MEMBERSHIP CHARGES

From July 2005, membership renewals will be on the basis of a fixed annual fee of $65. This will include listings for up to three homes (provided they are owned by the member) and unlimited use of our late availability advertising. We will collect general enquiries, and these will be forwarded to owners with homes of the appropriate size, but this area of our service will no longer carry any guarantee of performance.

We have always offered a membership charge refund to any member who is dissatisfied with our service, and will will continue to do this, so if you feel that the recent change in approach has been to your disadvantage, please let us know.
