eVilla Rentals provides a rental home listing for every current member. This appears in the searchable listings area under the appropriate category, and also under the relevant community or location page. The listing may include links to additional information on an external website, and/or to an availability calendar, a virtual tour and a guestbook. Up to two additional rental homes, provided that they are owned by the member, may be listed at our discretion at no additional charge.

The format of each listing is fixed and is not open to negotiation. We will carry two photos of a standard size (240 x 180 pixels), up to 200-250 words of descriptive text, a title (in standard format) and an email link to the owner. We will not allow time-sensitive information like rental rates or special offers on the listing, as our experience is that owners seldom update this information, and this degrades the value of our listings.

We will also accept links to certain external sites, including your own website, your availability calendar, your guestbook, or your virtual tour. However, you need to be aware that adding these links will allow anyone viewing our listing to contact you through your alternative site, so that you lose the ability to track the performance of our listing.

The object of these listings is to make your home known to potential renters in a simple and standard way, and to give them a single and identifiable point of contact with you.
