All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The great room has comfortable seating for 6 on a 2 seater sofa, a 3 seater sofa and chair + cable TV and DVD player. Dining area with comfortable seating for 6 + Stereo unit and phone that allows International calls.    Fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances from an icemaking freezer to an electric kettle and can opener. All crockery, cutlery, glassware & pots and pans are also provided.  Free Hi-speed Internet Access is offered, with both wired and wireless connectivity (802.11b and g).  A Playstation 2 with a few games is also provided.

The southwest facing private screened patio is set up for Al fresco dining with table, chairs, electric BBQ and of course, the heated pool/spa. Laundry closet with washer and dryer. All linens, towels including coloured pool towels are provided. Hairdryers in all bathrooms.

We are situated in a quiet location, just 2 miles from Disney, 30 mins drive to MCO, 50 mins drive to Sanford. Gulf coast/Atlantic coast approx 1.5 hrs driving. Miami/Everglades approx 2/2.5 hours driving. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets on 192 5 mins drive. Golf is available at many courses, the closest being Mystic Dunes, Reunion & Champions Gate. Windsor Hills has shuttle buses to all major attractions and boasts a community pool area with $1m water complex. This includes a water slide, interactive fountains, in pool jets, pool side table tennis, loungers and a lifeguard. There are tennis/Basket/Volley ball courts, fitness and games room, 56 seater private cinema, an amazing childrens play area, gardens, on site shop all in a large club house with beautiful community areas to sit and relax in.
