Our beautiful 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom air-conditioned villa has a lovely south facing, private screened pool with hydro spa, overlooking the immaculate 17th fairway of this award winning championship golf course. The extended deck area has enough space for the whole family to enjoy the pool & Jacuzzi as well as the wonderful sunsets

We have 2 master bedrooms both with en-suite facilities and 2 twin bedrooms that share a further bathroom. The spacious family room overlooking the pool and golf course has a queen sized sofa bed, 32"cable TV, VCR and CD player. There are two dining areas seating 10 in total. The games room has air hockey, shuffle board, darts board and pool table.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer with ice-maker. In the utility area we have a washing machine, separate dryer, iron and ironing board. All bed linen and towels for the pool and bathrooms are provided for your stay. We also provide a hairdryer.

The Disney parks are just 20 minutes drive away there are several places to eat including the golf club bar and restaurant which is just 5 minutes walk from our villa. For all your shopping needs a 24 hour Wal Mart is 2 minutes drive and Eagle Ridge Mall just 15 minutes away

Florida holidays can be exhausting with all the parks to visit. We feel our villa gives the best of both worlds. Close to the action and yet Southern Dunes offers a wonderful step out from it all, sit by our pool and really chill out!!
