It has a large, southwest-facing, 30-foot by 15-foot pool and spa (seats up to six people) backing onto the first fairway of the 18-hole, 72 par, championship golf course, providing the ideal setting for the entire family, golfers, and non golfers alike.

The major attractions, shopping and dining, are all within a short drive away. Disney only 15 minutes.

After a day of fun at the parks, your family will enjoy this spacious home set amongst the pine trees and orange groves. The villa is 2000 square feet, two-car garage plus parking on drive, and the extended decking area has two sets of patio table and chairs one in the shade, one in the sun plus sun loungers, to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

Inside the villa has been fully upgraded, making it feel a real home-from-home. It has a master bedroom en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe overlooking pool, second bedroom with double-size bed, third bedroom with two single beds, second bathroom is accessed via the pool area and between the two other bedrooms, family room, living room overlooking pool with pull-out sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and nook, and laundry room. All bedrooms have cable TVs and also 31-inch TV in family room. All linens and each bathroom has a hair dryer.
