Our beautiful villa is built on a premium lot located in Calabay Parc, a superior development close to Orlando's main attractions and is fully furnished, air conditioned and equipped to a high standard. We have four bedrooms, two double masters, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed (both have en-suite bathrooms) and two twin bedded rooms sharing a third bathroom. There is a large comfortable family room and a fully equipped modern open-plan kitchen and separate dining area with large bay window. The large garage has been converted into a games room and is equipped with a full size pool/billiard table, a table tennis table and a cd stereo for your added enjoyment. There are many extras, including Cable TV, DVD, VCR and a PS2, with a selection of DVD's, Videos and PS2 Games.

The screened oversized private pool (28 ft. by 14 ft.) looks onto a pine forest and has a covered lanai and extended sun deck with a range of luxury pool furniture and a barbecue. The pool can be heated if required.

The villa meets all fire and safety regulations and we have a friendly and helpful management company who are available 24 hours a day should the need arise. There are many extras including cable tvs in all rooms with a 51” widescreen tv in the family room together with A DVD Player, VCR and a PS2. Wireless broadband is available throughout the property and on the pool deck. A sophisticated security alarm has been installed together with a safe for your valuables.
