Barbuda House is exceptionally luxurious and spacious, with over 3100 sq ft of living area. It offers fun and enjoyment to everyone no matter what their age.

It has 6 bedrooms (3 ensuite), 5 bathrooms, and a tastefully furnished Games Room, complete with full-size pool table. The pool and deck area are out of this world, and no expense has been spared to make you feel welcome and to make this vacation your best ever!

The swimming pool at 30 ft x 15 ft, is totally private and not overlooked in any direction. It sits magnificently within a huge 50 ft x 40 ft extended south-facing deck. At night with the floodlit palm trees, the fountains cascading into the crystal blue swimming pool, whilst relaxing in the Jacuzzi with a nicely chilled glass of wine, you will feel that you are in paradise!

There is a 400 sq ft Lanai (porch) to provide shade for the younger ones, and this also provides a sheltered location for the Barbecue. The deck area gives a complete feeling of outdoor living with its Al Fresco dining table and Poolside Bar (complete with fridge, sink unit and even its own bathroom) The pool area is really special and we feel that it is truly the largest and best designed on the whole of Hampton Lakes.

Barbuda House sleeps 14 comfortably (no rollaway beds). Every possible item that you may need has been supplied, Hair driers, Iron, Microwave, etc. Should you have any concerns, please contact us directly.

Hampton Lakes is only 15 mins from Disney, and has tennis and volleyball courts only a 3 minute walk from the villa. Fishing in nearby lake only a 2 minute walk away. There are 25 golf courses within a half hour drive, and 3 supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. We would love to see you here, just think of that chilled wine and that welcoming Jacuzzi!
