Our villa is a brand new (completed in Dec 2002), luxurious air conditioned property which has four very spacious bedrooms and a large private heated pool.

The villa is situated in a peaceful location off the US27 in a private community known as "Westbury". Its location gives easy access to the Interstate 4, meaning you are only minutes away from Disney and other Theme Parks and attractions, as well as some excellent championship golf courses.

The accommodation comprises of: Two full master bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms making the villa ideal for 2 families or an extended family holidaying together. The third and fourth bedrooms are large twin bedded rooms.

All bedrooms have cable TV, clock radio and hairdryers. There is also a telephone in each of the two master bedrooms.

The fully screened, private heated swimming pool (28' x 14') has water spray features and an extended patio area for sunbathing. Part of the patio area is covered providing valuable shade from the hot Florida sun. Table, chairs and sun loungers are all provided to maximise your comfort and enjoyment. Access to the swimming pool is via a door from the kitchen/diner area (convenient for refreshments) and a further door leading into one of the en-suite bathrooms provides easy access for those other important moments.

There is a spacious lounge area which is comfortably furnished. It is equipped with cable TV, VCR/DVD and a CD hifi system.

There is a formal dining area attached with dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, cutlery, crockery and many more kitchen accessories. It is also equipped with a large table and chairs for breakfast/casual dining occasions.
