Your luxury vacation home has its own private 30x15’ swimming pool, with large deck area facing south and covered lanai with ceiling fan for cool shade. There is also a spa for the ultimate in relaxation, with ample patio furniture for all guests.

The Villa has a huge family room with a double-height cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan and patio doors overlooking the pool area and lake beyond. There is a large screen cable TV with DVD/VCR, Playstation 2 and music system with CD library. The formal dining room has a stunning column support glass table seating six people and should you wish to escape somewhere quieter there is a second lounge area with sofa and large glass coffee table.

The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer/icemaker, which will more than cater for all your needs.
To keep you entertained we have located a gamesroom in the garage area. Which includes a 8’ pool table, air-hockey and foosball. There is also a Playstation 2, board games, books and toys for our younger guests. Wireless internet access is provided free of charge.

The master bedroom really is something to behold! It is the ultimate in privacy and luxury. Accessed by a gallery walkway and occupying the whole of the East side of the upper floor. It is fully furnished with a King-size mahogany bed and has patio doors leading onto its own balcony. There is a second master bedroom with Queen-size bed, which opens onto the pool deck, third double guest bedroom and two twin themed rooms, all with TV’s.
