Privately owned, the villa is spacious and modern in design and is tastefully furnished to an exceptionally high standard. It is extremely well equipped with all household appliances and comfortably sleeps 6 in the three spacious bedrooms. A queen size sofa bed is provided for groups of up to 8 whilst complimentary highchairs and cribs are available on request.

The private heated pool is fully screened for your comfort with an excellent selection of quality poolside furniture; pool games and children's armbands are also provided for your comfort and safety as you relax in the Florida sunshine.

An adjacent sunlounge area, also fully screened, provides welcome shade during the day and is the perfect place to relax with family and friends in the evening.

Extensive facilities are provided for your leisure time. Cable TV, stereo system and Nintendo games system are available and a VCR together with a selection of Disney and action films are also provided.

The kitchen benefits from all modern electrical appliances including cooker, fridge/freezer with integral ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. A full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided and there is the added benefit of a second dining area.
