The four bedrooms consist of a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom which leads directly to the pool area,a double room with en-suite, and a twin room and double room which share a third bathroom.

The villa has a large screen pool which spends most of the day in the sun but has a shaded area for those who want to stay out of the Florida sun. There are 4 luxury loungers and 8 chairs and a patio table for al fresco dining. The pool can be heated if requested.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances including an ice maker, coffe maker and microwave. There is a washer and dryer available for your use also. The lounge area has a large cable TV with video and Hi-fi. There is also a TV in the Master bedroom.
