Any closer to Disney and you'd need a Park Pass! One of the best choices
for a vacation holiday since this villa is much closer to Disney (3
traffic signals, less than 2 miles), has a south-facing pool, and a
forest preserve behind the pool area instead of another home facing you.
An extended patio with a safety fence around the pool adds security for
little ones. Six bedrooms, 3.5 baths for accommodation of up to 14 guests.
The villa has two master suites, so more privacy for the adults in the
group. Two of the bedrooms are decorated just for the kids with twin
beds and a Disney theme. In total, the villa has 4 bedrooms with queen
beds, two bedrooms with two twin beds each, and a queen size
sofa-sleeper in the living room. All the amenities are here! There is a
free cot/crib and high chair (many places make you rent them), a gas BBQ
by the pool (again usually a rental), and we have enough indoor table
seating for 14 people to eat inside at the same time (it does rain
sometimes). Plenty of TVs, a stereo, DVD, and games.
The home is located in the Emerald Island Resort, and as guests you
would have full rights to use the Clubhouse which includes a sauna,
exercise room, computers, playground, and nature trails. A full set of
linens, towels, kitchenware is in the home. The management company is
close-by, and is available to help you, including 24/hrs-day for any
emergency.
