A spacious villa with 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully air-conditioned with it's own private pool and hot tub/spa and overlooks a 5 acre park on the prestigious Orange Tree Estate.
There is cable TV in the family room and a fully fitted kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with a walk in closet, direct access to the pool and an en-suite with an enormous level-access shower.
The second master bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, private access to the bathroom, which has a level-access shower/WC and direct access to the pool.
There is an L-shaped patio around the pool plus a safety screen which can be set up to keep away any curious little people if adults are not around. There is a hand rail by the side of the steps which allows easier access to the pool for the elderly or disabled. The villa is fully accessible for guests in wheelchairs, with the exception of the twin bedrooms. However the kitchen has not been adapted for wheelchair-users.
The villa overlooks the Orange Tree park which has tennis and basketball courts and a children's playground, which are all free of charge. The area is also surrounded by a number of golf courses. Supermarkets and takeaways are 2-5 minutes drive and there are a number of restaurants about 10-15 minutes away.
