Oak Island Cove is a new development of luxury homes half a mile from Interstate 192, where many shops, restaurants and all services can be found, including a 24-hour supermarket. Disney World is only 2 miles away.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms over 2 storeys. The master bedroom downstairs is very large with a king-size bed, 2 walk-in closets and en-suite bathroom. It also includes an en-suite Nursery area with cot and bedding and mobile, highchair, changing table and pad, armchair. There is a further twin-bedded room downstairs. Upstairs a further twin-bedded room can share a bathroom with a large double bedroom with queen size bed. The final bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom and a double bed.

Downstairs there is a fully-fitted kitchen with many appliances and a breakfast bar. There are both casual and formal dining areas and a cloakroom. There are 2 Cable TVs, both with videos. 3 Telephones (free local calls), one with ansaphone. Air-conditioning/heating throughout. There is also a cooling fan. All bed linen, bathroom and pool towels provided. Separate utility room with large washer and dryer. 2 living areas, one leading to the patio/pool area. The upgraded 28x14 ft pool has underwater lighting and optional heating. There is also a full-size heated Jacuzzi/Spa.

Outside the lake view is fabulous, there is plenty of top quality patio furniture, including our new pool bar. There is a cooling fan as well. Plants both real and artificial help to complement the lakeside environment. The owners have spent much time to personalize their home and are constantly adding additional features.
