This family owned luxury air-conditioned villa is situated within a well maintained residential neighbourhood in a quiet cul-de-sac. The Disney area attractions can be driven to in approximately 15 minutes.

The villa is registered to sleep up to 12 people with 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which benefit from televisions and en-suite shower rooms. Further accommodation comprises of two twin rooms and should further sleeping space be required there is a queen size sofa bed. As well as the 2 en suites, a third bathroom gives direct access to the screened private pool and sun deck area that is complete with patio furniture and pool and patio lighting, All doors accessing the pool from the villa are alarmed for safety.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher as well as crockery and cutlery. Table and chairs are in both the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is open-planned leading to a spacious dining area and lounge which incorporates cable television. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the sun deck by the pool.

At the entrance to the residential area there is a 24 hour supermarket, post office, bank with cash point and take away pizza facility. Should you wish to eat out, the main road to Disney - the US 192, only minutes away, has a great variety of eating establishments.
