Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive villa is located on a premium plot at Hampton Lakes, which is a superior estate situated on Highway 27, just 15 minutes from Disney World.

The property, built in 2001, is air-conditioned, fully equipped and has 2000 square feet of living accommodation - ideal for two families to share. Two lounges are provided together with a full dining area and separate breakfast nook.

The main lounge area has a 32 inch television, DVD player and video recorder, two sofas (one of which is a queen size sofa bed) whereas the secondary lounge has a CD/Radio/Cassette together with a further two sofas.

The master bedroom comes complete with a king size bed, television and radio/alarm clock and direct access to the pool area. A full bedroom (with TV) and two twin bedrooms are also provided plus three bathrooms, including a superb master bathroom which is en-suite to the master bedroom (and one of the twin bedrooms) and contains a full size bath, walk in shower and vanity units.

The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer (which includes an ice maker) and waste disposal unit. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided.

The private, screened pool area, from which the fireworks at nearby Disney are clearly visible in the evening, has an oversized deck and a 30' x 15' heated pool. As the pool area lies East to West the sun is present all day although a shaded lanai (together with ceiling fan) ensures that there is a respite from the hot Florida sun.
