On Disney's doorstep, our vacation villa is only three miles from the parks.

Our villa can be found on an attractive, quiet, well-maintained estate (Aylesbury, Davenport), close to Kissimmee and a 15 minute ride from Disney World. Situated a convenient distance from the airport, and all other Orlando attractions, there are a variety of shops, and restaurants within 10 minutes of the villa. A little further away are the wonderful beaches of the Gulf, and the Atlantic Coast where you can visit the Kennedy Space Centre. For the enthusiast golf courses are a short drive away from the villa.

Our four bedroomed villa is fully equipped and air-conditioned. The two master bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms, with convenient access to the pool. Another double, and twin bedroom share a bathroom. Having a large reception room overlooking the pool and a spacious second lounge/dining area, both are furnished with comfortable sofas, one of which opens up into a bed to give sleeping accommodation for up to ten guests. A high chair and cot are also available.

There are three multi-channel cable televisions and a VCR, and there is also a telephone. Adjacent to the fully fitted kitchen, is a utility room complete with washing machine and dryer. The pool is fully covered with insect screens, and sunbeds and deck furniture are also provided. The pool can be heated if required, and although enjoying a sunny aspect, there is a small area offering shade from the sun.
