Thousand Oaks is a semi-residential community situated on the county road (CR)54 (Ronald Regan Parkway), just west of its junction with the CR545 (Old Lake Wilson Road). The major theme parks of Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and MGM Studios are approximately 10/15 minutes drive. Our home is also conveniently placed for Interstate 4, which provides easy access to Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Daytona Beach in the East with Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast to the West.

All living space is fully air-conditioned. On entry, the open plan layout gives a feeling of luxury and spaciousness and is considered suitable for disabled holidaymakers (we have personal experience of this). There are 4 bedrooms (2 master doubles each with en-suite and 2 twin) and a third bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobe areas and the master bedrooms each have Satellite TV/Video.

To the front of the villa we have a lounge, which contains a further convertible bed/sofa; this leads to a formal, dining area and then, via a large kitchen with dining facilities, to a large family room overlooking the pool deck. The family room has additional seating which allows you to view satellite TV, DVD or video in comfort.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all utensils, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and telephone (all local calls are free, long distance calls may be made and advisory notes will be supplied on this subject closer to arrival). The house also has a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Each bathroom is equipped with a hair drier and all necessary linen is supplied. We have also provided a basic PC with Internet connection.

The pool has a spa, which, together with the sundeck and lanai is fully screened for your comfort. There is a large patio table with easy chairs and sun-loungers provided. We include pool heating as part of every package. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful area but there are security locks to give you peace of mind as well as a security box for valuables. There are smoke detectors fitted as well as a fire extinguisher. The lawns and pool are attended each week in order to keep any pests at bay and the pool clean for your use.

Regrettably Pets are not allowed (owing to allergies of other guests) and we respectfully request smoking be kept to the pool area.
