Our air conditioned villa sleeps up to 8 and has stunning views of the 5th green and lake beside it. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The family room has a sofa, sofa bed, cable TV and a dining area. Our screened pool is south facing, with fantastic views of the golf course so you are not overlooked from behind. There is patio furniture and a lanai for shade. Pool heating is available.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and the family bathroom. There is also an additional toilet and vanity basin downstairs. Hairdryers, bed linen and towels are provided, and there are laundry facilities in the garage.

Southern Dunes itself has a Championship Golf Course rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest and is listed in the Top 100 Golf Courses in America. Guests have complimentary use of their leisure facilities including fitness gym, communal pools, children's play area, fishing lake, tennis courts and clubhouse complete with restaurant and bar. Just outside the community's entrance there is a 24 hour Walmart superstore, shops, restaurants, fast food outlets, fuel, pharmacy, Blockbuster video and banks.
