It comes complete with every modern appliance including a full size refrigerator , cooking stove, microwave, dishwasher and a variety of small appliances. A breakfast nook for four is ideal for serving a light breakfast or mid-night snack. The kitchen is well equipped to handle up to six guests. Directly off of the kitchen is a fully furnished Florida Room. This room overlooks the brand new custom pool.
The Master Bedroom includes a queen size bed and has its own walk in closet and Master Bath. Bedroom two is equipped with two single beds and its own full size second bathroom. Total sleeping capacity of this home is to a maximum of six.
Lastly, we arrive at your private pool. Heating is optional for those cool winter nights. The pool itself is protected by a screen enclosure. The yard has plenty of play area for young children as it is totally fenced for security and privacy. The pool faces perfect west and therefore has sunshine all day. It is quite typical to be able to relax on the pool deck to the not too distant sounds of fireworks from the Disney Resort.
The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a large walk in closet( with lights!) and a large master bath with gym sized shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a large walk in closet and plenty of pillows!
