We chose this location as it is peaceful, quiet and a secure gated community amongst orange groves. It is conveniently located for the theme parks, restaurants and supermarkets. We also liked our villa position, as the pool and pool deck are south-facing so you have the sun virtually all day - overlooking a dry lake, for more privacy. There is also a covered lanai, providing a shaded seating area, equipped with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. The pool is 26ft long and can be heated if required. It is screened and has lighting for evening use.

The villa features a large open-plan lounge/dining area and a separate breakfast area. The lounge is equipped with cable TV, DVD/Video player, Play station 2 and a selection of books, toys and games.

There are 4 bedrooms - the Master Bedroom 1 has en-suite bathroom equipped with hairdryer and has access to the pool area, walk-in wardrobe, Cable TV and patio doors leading onto the sun-deck. The Master Bedroom 2 also has en-suite bathroom equipped with hairdryer, cable TV and a video player. There are 2 more twin bedrooms both with cable TV and a further family bathroom equipped with hairdryer. All of the bedrooms have alarm clocks. All linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven & hob, large fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, toaster, coffee-maker. There is a separate laundry area with washer and tumble dryer.

The games area is equipped with pool table and air hockey table.

Baby high chair and stroller are also provided.

Westridge is located on the US27 and although being a quiet, residential location is only minutes away from everything - the perfect place to relax after a busy day!
