This spacious five-bedroom, three-bath, luxury villa, with accommodation for up to twelve guests in two en-suite double-bedrooms (ideal for a two family booking), three twin-bedrooms and a family-room sofa bed, is located in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club community. 

The villa is in a great location within 15 minutes of Disney, yet with panoramic views over the golf course and surrounding conservation areas. Since the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is very private and very quiet.

We have a large pool (28ft x 14ft) and spa. Poolside sun beds, table and chairs are provided. There is a large gas BBQ.

We have two master suites, one of which is on the ground floor. The other three bedrooms are twin bedded. There's also a double sofa bed. We are licensed for a maximum of 12 guests.

There is a games room with pool table, table tennis and darts. We also have a PS2. There's cable TV in every room and there's a total of  4 TVs in the house. We've a radio/CD player and DVD/VHS player.

The comprehensively equipped kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric ovens, and a full range of kitchen utensils. Washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment are provided in the Laundry Room. Towels, bed linen and hairdryer are supplied.
