Believe it or not, there are are very few villas that feature two true master bedrooms! Many 4 bed homes or larger have one master followed by queen(s) and twin bedrooms. Our villa has two identical master bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, TVs and electronically controlled ceiling fans and dimmer lighting.

I can say in confidence that we are quite unique in having electronic access to our villa via a keypad on the door. This not only saves the additonal hassle of having to find a management office first to pick up keys for the weary traveller, but negates the worry of keys completely.

The lounge has sumptuous new furniture added February '05 and also features a big screen TV, Video Recorder, Stereo Hifi System, DVD Player and PC with Internet Access. The lounge leads into the lanai, this is a shaded porch area where the patio furniture is. This is a must when you wish to get away from hot spells without having to retreat in-doors! We have also added a outside ceiling fan here for some extra comfort should the weather get a bit too overbearing. Around the pool deck is PVC lattice panelling. Again we believe to be unique in installing this, which allows the all important air to circulate through the screen but makes pool area very private.

This sumptuous home comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private enclosed pool and lanai. 4 minutes from US192, 6 Minutes from I4 and 15 Minutes from Disney! A brief description of the rooms follows: The 2 Master Bedrooms are equal in size and furnishings and include en-suite bathrooms, walk in closets, huge beds (you'll barely reach your partner, don't know if that's a good thing or not :-) electronically controlled ceiling fans and TVs. 2 Further Large Bedrooms have twin beds and a shared bathroom with their own access. This effectively becomes an en-suite if only 3 Bedrooms are being utilised.

The lounge has a Big Screen TV, Stereo Hifi System, Video Recorder, DVD Player and sumptuous new furniture added February '05. The kitchen is fully equipped and includesa dining area. The breakfast B=bar, leading from the kitchen to the lounge, is home to a Personal Computer with Internet Access and telephone. The foyer has a digital timer switch which automatically powers the porch light for guests arrving in the evening. Access to the villa is via an electronic keypad. The garage houses the laundry facilities, Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.

The pool deck is accessed from the lounge patio doors. This leads straight into the lanai (shaded porch), here we have a patio table and chairs which is a great place to eat outdoors or simple get out of the sun. We have also installed an outdoor ceiling fan in the Lanai for that extra comfort. The rest of the pool deck and pool see the sun all day and have sun loungers for the sun worshippers. For guests staying out of season, pool heating is available and a pool blanket (cover) is provided to help prevent the water cooling down over night.
