We have a very spacious 3 bedroom villa, with large screened swimming pool, backing on to the lake. It is ideally situated just off CR54 on the beautiful Sunridge Woods, which has rental and residential villas.

The accommodation has high vaulted ceilings and consists of 2 Living areas. One which overlooks the pool and lake with cable T.V., VCR, Playstation 2, DVD/CD. The other living area is at the front of the villa and has a sofa/bed which can sleep an additional 2 people, if required.

There is a well equipped kitchen and breakfast area to the side and also a separate dining area. The washer and dryer are housed in a separate laundry room.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower and bath and a door leading to the pool. There is a second bathroom between the other two bedrooms, one of which as a double bed and the other has twin beds.. All of the bedrooms have a wardrobe, chest of drawers and also a clock/radio.

The swimming pool has solar heating which is included in the price. There is also a lanai (porch) so that you can sit in the shade if required or have a meal using the outside dining table and chairs.

Champions Gate is only five minutes away, if you want to play golf, go to a restaurant or go shopping and a convenience store/petrol station is nearby. There are also many other shops, restaurants and golf courses in the area and the I.4 is easily accessible so you can go for a day trip to the Gulf Coast, Atlantic Coast or even the Kennedy Space Centre. The Disney Theme parks are 15 minutes drive.
