Our luxurious 4 bed / 3 bath single family detached home (Not a townhome) is the largest 4 bedroom Home at Terra Verde Resort! We have a private South-facing pool and hot spa on extended pool deck backing to conservation view for more privacy. We have a complete patio set with umbrella and FREE Gas BBQ Grill. It has all the comforts of a home with the luxury of a 5 star resort! Our home is NO Smoking and NO Pets home.

The family room has a BIG Screen 50" TV with DVD/VCR/MP3/CD Player, Playstation 2 Game System, computer with FREE Internet, and queen sleeper sofa. There are 2 master suites. One is a king-size bed master suite with a 27" cable TV with DVD/VCR/MP3/CD Player. It has its own private en-suite bathroom and a sliding door direct to the pool! The second is a junior master suite with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom (utility room converted to a bathroom) and a 25" cable TV with VCR. The third and fourth bedrooms both have 2 twin-size beds, 19" cable TV and VCR, and they share a bathroom. We have a brand-new crib and highchair for the little one in your family.

The living room has a sofa and 2 swivel rocker chairs. The dining room has table and chairs seating 6 and the nook are has a table with 4 chairs. Our kitchen is fully-equipped with all major appliances, cookware, cutlery, dishes, and utensils. Our south-facing pool and hot spa is on an extended pooldeck on conservation view lot for privacy. There is a 4-chair patio set with umbrella and 2 lounge chairs, as well as a gas BBQ grill. All bed and bath linens are provided, as well as washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and 2 hairdryers.
