Rookwood at Southern Dunes is a spacious, beautifully maintained 4 bedroom/3 bathroom, executive home on a stunning, gated golf course community and has a superb uninterrupted golf course view from the pool deck.

There are two lounge areas, two master bedrooms and  twin bedrooms. For your comfort, there are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. For those who enjoy self-catering, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue for al fresco dining. For entertainment we have a games area with pool table, air hockey and electric darts game (safe plastic tipped darts).

Luxuriate in the hot tub with adjustable temperature control and adjustable jets. Enjoy a dip in the screened private swimming pool which can be heated if required.  There is safety fencing around the pool for the protection of small children and also comfortable padded loungers and patio furniture.

We provide complimentary local, long distance and international phone calls. All linens and towels (including pool towels) and baby equipment (including toys) are supplied.

Southern Dunes is a superbly maintained secure, gated community with a clubhouse restaurant/bar, communal pools, fitness suite, tennis courts, lake and small library.
