Set among orange groves in Davenport, Orlando, and on the secure and exclusive gated community of Marbella Vacation home resort, our brand new  5 bedroom, 4 bathroom  villa is both modern in design and furnished to the very highest standard. With 2500 sq ft of living space on two floors, the villa provides enough space to easily accommodate up to 12 guests.

Downstairs consists of 2 large living rooms. One room is formal with a 3 and 2 seater leather sofa (3 seater converts to a full size sofa bed), also an elegant dining table and rugs to the floor. The second living room adjoins our fully equipped kitchen area. This room has a 3 and 2 seater (super comfy) sofa, 42 inch Plasma TV, coffee table and side tables. There is also a breakfast table and breakfast bar (with stools). This room overlooks our fantastic 30 x 15 ft extended pool and spa area.

The king size en-suite master bedroom is also downstairs as is the  dedicated games room (8 ft pool table, 8 ft air hockey table and electronic basketball game), plus a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a separate downstairs WC.

Our remaining 4 bedrooms are 1 Queen en-suite master, 1 Queen, and 2 twins. There is also nother separate bathroom with shower upstairs. All rooms have TVs, walk in closets and ample space to relax.

The villa is fully air conditioned.

All towels and linens are provided for our guests.

Cable TV throughout the villa.

For the safety of our guests no smoking or pets are allowed.

No expense has been spared to give the villa the feel and look of quality, certain to give our guests that “ home from home “ feeling.

Marbella vacation home resort is ideally situated close to Interstate 4 , giving easy access to Disney, Universal Studios, shopping malls and all of Floridas other attractions. All these fantastic attractions are only 10 minutes away .

Shopping (Wal-mart and Publix) is only 5 minutes away, and local restaurants and other eating places are equally close by.

For all our golf enthusiasts the villa is in close proximity to numerous championship golf courses.
