On the small secure gated community of Cumbrian Lakes our luxury 4 bed villa backs onto a conservation area. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings relaxing on the 60ft extended sun-drenched decking, lazing into one of our 4 luxurious sun loungers. Exercise or play in the 32 ft heated swimming pool. When it gets too hot, shelter under a lanai area with outdoor fan, table and 6 cushioned chairs. A poolside half bathroom and pool shower have been installed for your convenience.

Furnished to a high standard, comfortable, homely and sleeps 8 + infant. The lounge has a 32 inch cable television and DVD/VCR. Plus formal dining area with glass table and six chairs. An American style kitchen includes all the facilities you would expect to find at home plus a breakfast area. Master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite has 'his & hers' split vanities, walk-in shower, corner Roman style bath and toilet.  All bedrooms have cable tv and cd players & ceiling fans for additional comfort. Other three bedrooms all have built in wardrobes. Two twins and one a queen-size bed. Plus two full bathrooms with toilet, bath and shower.

Finally enjoy our games room with 8 ft pool table,table soccer and cd/cassette radio! We even have seating for the spectators.

All windows and patio doors are alarmed. There is highchair, cot and pushchair for a younger guest.
