This beautiful home overlooks a pristine Florida Lake, and is the perfect respite from a busy day in the theme parks or the golf course. Four bedrooms, each with its own television, are richly appointed. The views from this home are incredible. The living room features a wall mounted 42” plasma TV, and overlooks the pool/spa and lake. The game room features a teriffic full size air hockey game and foosball table as well as a dedicated television for playstation action, computer with high speed internet access, electronic darts board and six bikes with helmets.

The master bedroom has a television and not only overlooks the pool/spa and lake, but has french doors just steps from a cool dip. The master bathroom is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is large and chef-friendly. Two twin bedrooms are brightly decorated and convenient to a bathroom. The second master bedroom has its own television and is richly appointed. A stroller, crib and high chair are provided. Stay here just once, and it will become your favourite spot in Florida!

Sunset Lakes is a premier secure community that is only 4 miles from Disney World and as such is one of the closest vacation rental communities to the attractions in Orlando. Sunset Lakes is a gated community with sidewalks throughout. Situated on a property with two lakes, a playground, a pool with a nice bath-house and bordered on one side by a conservation area, this community is perfect. In the mornings, weather permitting, you can see a lovely sunrise and watch hot air balloons taking off from across the street that float over the homes and lakes located here. In the evenings, the sunset is spectacular reflected in the lakes, and to the East, you can see MGM's fireworks over the trees.

On site we have a community pool, children's "Tot lot" play area, two tranquil well stocked fishing lakes, one having a cabana and deck to enjoy romantic sunsets, and view Disney Fireworks. Surrounded by conservation, this small exclusive oasis is kept to high standards. A pleasant walk around the lake or grounds of the estate, or an afternoon of fishing, or simply watching the wild life can provide memories that linger long after the tan has faded.
