Our fully air-conditioned villa is situated on Santa Cruz backing onto a conservation area. It is a quiet and safe community only minutes drive away from the shops and restaurants and just 12 minutes to Disney.

The villa accommodation comprises of: Family room, Dining area, Kitchen, Breakfast nook, Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and Queen size bed, 2nd Double Bedroom , Twin Bedroom, second Bathroom, Utility room/laundry, Double garage, and Games Room, and large heated  pool with spa which overlooks the conservation area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric range/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, electric kettle, together with all plates, cutlery and bakeware that you are likely to need. The utility/laundry room is equipped with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The villas facilities include: Cable TV to both the family room and the master bedroom, DVD/VHS player and selection of videos, Playstation 2 and selection of games, walkie-talkies to keep in touch in the parks. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The games room has a pool table and Foosball table. We also have a wide range of toys for children of all ages, together with a number of books.

The pool at the villa is a large 30 ft x15 ft, and is situated in a large deck area which benefits from the sun throughout the day. There is also a BBQ.

We have furnished our villa to a high standard and unfortunately there is no smoking or pets allowed.
