Our 4 bedroom,3 bathroom south-facing home with enclosed private pool is situated on Southern Dunes, a superb 18 hole golf course in Florida. In addition to the superb golfing facilities on offer here there are many other courses within 20 mins providing excellent golfing opportunities. If golf is not your choice then the Disney parks are within 20 minutes.

Our home is air conditioned and fully equipped for your enjoyment. There is TV offering cable in both the lounge and master bedroom. Both double rooms have ensuite bathrooms while the two twin rooms share a further bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size cooker, microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided. A telephone provides free local calls, long distance will require either credit or phone card All utilities (except the heating of the pool)are included in the rental. All linen and towels are provided.

Southern Dunes also houses 2 communal swimming pools, tennis courts, pool, gymnasium and children's play area, while the Clubhouse provides reasonably priced meals. Our home also benefits from local key collection and a management company who are on hand 7 days per week. 24 hour supermarket, banks, restaurants, pharmacy are all within 2 minutes drive. Southern Dunes provides a peaceful relaxing environment while at the same time is within easy reach of all the major attractions and restaurants
