Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with its private pool is located on the popular Esprit community. With the US27 and highway 192 just around the corner and the Disney theme parks 8 miles away.

When you arrive you'll find your surroundings beautifully furnished and all you need for a relaxing break. The home sleeps a maximum of 8 people, 6 in bedrooms and 2 on the sofa bed.

Upon entry you will find the heated courtyard pool invigorating after a day at the parks. The home is fully equipped from Satellite TV and DVD Players in all the bedrooms and lounge to the bath towels and bed linen. From the lounge with its 57" TV to the Kingsize bed in the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, to the Mother-In-Law suite which is separate from the main part of the home and also has en-suite facilities. There is a Playstation 2 for the kids in the twin bedroom plus a family bathroom. The kitchen and Laundry room is fully equipped with everything you could need.

If the parks are not your thing then there is the 9 Hole Executive golf course, communal swimming pool plus tennis and basketball courts. Not forgetting the 600 acres that is Davenport Lake. In all you will find everything all you will need is yourself, your swimming costume and don't forget your toothbrush.
