Welcome to our uniquely secluded pool home with no close neighbours on any side and in the beautiful nature reserve and gated community of Town Centre. The property is on a small (around 90 properties) and peaceful development, and yet only 8 minutes from Disney and the areas fantastic attractions, including Golf and shops at Champions Gate.

Town Centre is around 30 minutes drive from Orlando International airport and approximately 1 Hour from Sanford International. I 4 and 192 are just a few minutes away and are the areas main thoroughfares to all the attractions including Universal, and Busch Gardens, Shopping Malls and restaurants

The Villa has a large open plan Lounge and Dining area with a well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar.

There are four double bedrooms, two of which have en suites with one enabling direct access to the pool deck. A further communal bathroom is provided and the villa sleeps up to ten people using the sofa bed within the lounge area if required. Fully air conditioned throughout, there is a south facing heated pool that is completely private and overlooking the nature reserve and lake. Luxury pool furniture is provided.
