Found in the prestigious region of Champions Gate, The Hamlet at West Haven is a private gated community. Ideally situated just over 1 mile from Interstate 4, the main road through Orlando, with links to all the major theme parks, shopping malls, sporting venues and restaurants. The home is set over a single storey so would be suitable for families young and old. It is furnished to an extremely high standard with facilities to accommodate all ages.

There is the master bedroom with full en-suite and a walk through wardrobe. A second master with en suite and pool access. Bedrooms three and four are have twin single beds and adjoin the third bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. For meals there is enough seating for fourteen persons at two tables and a breakfast bar. We have a separate Utility room with washing, drying and ironing facilities.

The family room has cable TV, DVD, Hi Fi and a Playstation 2. There is a large leather corner suite with recliners and a single leather rocker.

The pool/spa and deck area has a covered mesh screen to keep the 'mozzies' out. There is a table with four chairs and two sun loungers. Also we have a screen between the deck area and the pool to help prevent access by unattended children.
