Chatham Park is a secure holiday and residential lakeside community in the Orlando area, with on site children's playground, tennis and basketball courts and community heated swimming pool. It is ideally placed just off the 192 close to the Disney complex, providing easy access (15 minutes) to all the major attractions, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants only a short drive away.

The spacious living areas have 4 comfortable sofas one of which turns in to a fold away bed allowing the accommodation to sleep 10. There is a large shaded under cover eating area with a table and chairs and for the sun worshipers, additional sun loungers for your comfort . The in ground Jacuzzi spa seats four people and is a truly relaxing way to unwind after a hard day at the parks.
