Our villa comfortably sleeps 8-10 and is furnished and equipped to a high standard, it also has air conditioning in all rooms. Calabay Parc is a safe secure location near to Kissimmee for a restful holiday, but all Major Attractions, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Shopping Malls are within 10-15 minutes drive if you want a holiday on the go.

The lounge has a ceiling fan. cable tv and is a comfortable room to chill out in, there is also a double sofa bed which sleeps 2 extra people.

The Pool has a covered area with table, chairs and loungers, a ceiling fan, pool and patio lighting. If you fancy a midnight swim the pool can be heated on request but at an extra charge.
