It has an open plan ground floor and cathedral ceilings, which add to the spacious feel of the house. It also allows you to have a great view of the pool and deck area. It has a family area around the huge 55-inch cinema style TV.

The Kitchen itself is as well equipped as you would expect. There's a Microwave, electric oven, high capacity dishwasher 2 large fridge-freezers with icemaker plus all the usual kitchen gadgets.

The villa has four bedrooms, with an elegantly furnished King Master ensuite bedroom overlooking the conservation area. It has its own cable TV and a large walk in closet.

There is a queen bedroom, which also has a TV, and two brightly furnished Twin bedrooms.

There is a large heatable pool fully screened and south facing, Luxury poolside furniture, all towels and linen are provided.

Telephones are available in the kitchen and master bedroom (free local calls). Iron and ironing board with full laundry facilities.
