Our luxury 3 bedroom vacation villa is situated in the community of Crescent Lakes. This area is bordered by a nature reserve and as the name implies we have many small lakes where fishing is allowed.

The area is a mix of rental vacation and residential properties lived in by local residents. This keeps the community to a very high standard. We are approximately 15 minutes from Disney, and 10 minutes from a large Walmart and the town of Kissimmee and many other Orlando based attractions.

The villa has a south facing heated pool (heatable at additional cost). Inside we have a large kitchen/ dining area with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge area is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar, The lounge has cable TV and one of the three pool entrance doors. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower/washroom and a walk-in wardrobe. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the second bathroom.
