Our Villa is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, Executive home with a private screened pool situated in the beautiful Florida Pines community.

The accommodation consists of 2 equally sized and appointed Queen size Master ensuites, and 2 twin rooms, which share a bathroom. All 4 bedrooms have a TV with 60 cable channels and the Twin rooms also have a Playstation 2 in each. The villa floor plan is fantastic for 2 families to share! The family room has a large screen TV with 60 cable channels, HI-FI and DVD player and leads directly to the pool deck.

The large kitchen is fully equipped for your needs with utensils, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, garbage disposal and fridge-freezer (complete with ice-maker). A Washing machine and Tumble dryer are also provided, so there is no need to cram lots of clothes in your cases, leaving plenty of space for gifts and souvenirs.

The Pool deck faces in a Westerly direction providing a sun soaked area for the majority of the day. Those needing a break from the sun can use the covered lanai/porch. The pool also benefits from underwater lighting for those night swimmers.

The location couldn't be better, just 35-40 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes from Disney world. Your favourite shops, retail outlets and restaurants are only 5 minutes away on the 192.
