Welcome to our beautiful 4 bed villa near Disney. The villa is located at The security gated community of the Manors of Westridge, just on the 27, 4 mins from the 192 with its abundance of restaurants, shops, nightlife and the gateway to all the attractions (Disney, Epcot, Universal, etc) only 10 minutes drive away!

There is also a Publix shopping mall just 2 minutes from the gates of Westridge and Within 2 to 7 minutes drive there are an abundance of championship golf courses. Our villa is situated at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, on a very large corner lot! South facing which means sun all year round on the pool, which in turn backs onto woodland, thus giving total privacy not being overlooked from any angle!

Our villa is decorated and furnished to a high standard. There are 2 lounges both with TVs, Playstation 2 DVD player and video recorder. The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances: cooker, fridge freezer with ice maker, dish washer, microwave, toaster, blender ( for all your cocktail needs!) coffee maker, iron, hairdryers etc. The laundry is situated in the garage. 2 master ensuites, 1 king (with TV) 1 Queen 2 twin bedrooms that share a further 3rd bathroom.

The pool has patio furniture and barbecue, (pool cover for the winter months). We provide, cot, highchair and stroller free of charge. We can also provide a welcome pack for a small charge if you are arriving late.
