Situated on a large plot in a quiet cul-de-sac, the fully air conditioned villa backs onto conservation woodland. Fully equipped with everything you could wish for a wonderful family vacation.

The living room has a widescreen TV, DVD player and Stereo. There is a lovely dining area with additional seating in the fully equipped open plan kitchen.

Two master bedrooms both have en-suite facilities with a further three bedrooms sharing the third bathroom making the villa ideal for 2 families to share. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds whilst Bedroom 5 doubles as a den/bedroom. It has a sleeper sofa and TV for the kids but can become a double bedroom when required.

Outside there is a covered lanai which is ideal for Al Fresco dining. This leads onto the extended deck and superb fully screened pool and jacuzzi which can be heated at an extra charge if required. Our Pool area is private, backing onto conservation woodland and being south facing enables you to enjoy the Florida sunshine all year round.

Only 15 minutes from Disney. Universal and International Drive are a further 10 minutes and you are just five minutes from superb golf courses at ChampionsGate and 4 minutes from the I4. Orlando International airport is just 30 minutes away.
