Our luxury fully air-conditioned villa is situated on the Sunrise Lakes residential community that is on the US27, one mile north from the US192.

The journey to Walt Disney World is approximately 15 minutes, with all other attractions within easy reach. Orlando International airport is 30 minutes away. Numerous restaurants, shops and golf courses are a short drive away.

The pool is south facing, attracting the warm sunshine on the pool from morning to evening. It is also very private and not overlooked from behind. The pool has a built in Spa with additional air therapy jets.

Inside the villa there are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms including a bathtub and shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms have twin beds and are separated by the third bathroom.

The kitchen has everything you need including oven, fridge/freezer including ice-maker, microwave and dishwasher. A separate utility room has a large washer and dryer. There is also a separate dining area and a breakfast bar.

There is a covered lanai/patio with a table and chairs, and sun loungers are provided on the pool deck.

Cable TV is available in the living/family room and 3 of the bedrooms. There is also a Playstation 2 console, VCR and portable CD/radio player for your use.

A telephone is installed that will allow you to make free local calls, and long distance calls using a credit card.

A cot and high chair are provided at no extra charge, and a safe is installed to store your valuables.
