The villa is a spacious, fully air conditioned, four-bedroom, single storey villa with private, screened south-facing swimming pool, which can be heated during the winter period, where you can soak up the sun all day long.

The villa allows maximum living space with two living areas, a dining area, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and breakfast area, yet can provide privacy for all members of your party.

There is a new Games room with Pool table, electronic darts board and Table Football and a laptop computer for internet connection.

The two Living rooms have two settees each, Cable TV, VCR/DVD, CD/Stereo, Computer and are perfect for relaxing after long days at the many attractions.

There are two double bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with bath/shower unit, wc and washbasin, a large walk-in wardrobe and Cable TV.

There is one other bathroom, also with bath/shower unit, wc and washbasins. Hairdryers have been provided in both bathrooms, for those women who can't manage without!

The villa is perfectly located just 15 minutes from Disney World, on the new Florida Pines development on the Highway 27, just off interstate 4, which has connecting links to all Orlando Airports. It is just a few minutes drive to the Highway 192, with its many shops, restaurants and other attractions.
