Vacation in luxury in our beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath air conditioned family home (max. 10 people), private and south-west facing, overlooking a stunning, wooded conservation area on one of the largest lots in Windsor Palms, just 3.5 miles from the magic of the Disney parks.

New to the rental market from September 2004, our lovely home has been professionally furnished by a local interior designer.

Inside you will find 2 master bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms and 2 further twin bedded rooms sharing the third bathroom. Both master bedrooms have TVs.

The spacious, open plan living area has elegant furniture, including a queen sized sleeper sofa. There is also a TV, DVD, CD player and PlayStation2. In addition to the formal dining area there is a comfortable breakfast nook overlooking the pool. The fully equipped kitchen has every modern appliance. All cutlery, crockery and linens are provided. There is also a washer and dryer. A computer with broadband internet is available (from January 2005).

Outside, the private, 30x15' sreened pool is complemented by a hot tub spa (pool heating additional cost) and large deck area with pool furniture. In addition, rental of our villa gives guests free use of all the resort amenities of exclusive Windsor Palms, including pool, gym, shop, tennis, children's play ground, cinema.
