Our brand new luxurious, privately owned three bedroom villa has its own very private screened and heated (optional) swimming pool, which overlooks the 2nd Tee of the prestigious Southern dunes Golf and Country Club. The site offers golf, tennis courts, a children's play area, community pools, gym, library and a lake for fishing. There is also a beautiful clubhouse with restaurant and bar. We are 15minutes from Disney and 1 minute from shops and restaurants.

Our 3 bed 2 bath villa which is furnished to a very high standard, is open plan with vaulted ceilings creating a very airy feel. It has AC/Heating throughout. Cable TV is available in both the lounge and the master bedroom along with a DVD/CD/VCR and a hairdryer. The master has a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. There is a further double and twin room plus a sofa in the lounge which makes into a double bed. We also provide, free of charge, a cot and a highchair. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the mod cons you can think of and there are laundry facilities, including iron and board, in the garage. By the very private pool you will find a table, chairs and loungers along with a BBQ grill. We provide, freshly laundered, all linens to include towels.

Our villa offers both the peaceful location of Southern Dunes whilst still being very close to all the major attractions Orlando has to offer.
