Situated on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, it is an ideal location for golfing holidays, visiting Disney or other major attractions.

Disney World is 20 minutes away. The Gulf coast beaches within easy reach. Our spacious villa sleeps up to 10 and is well appointed having a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer with ice maker. The lounge has a sofa, sofa bed, cable TV, CD player, video player and 2 dining areas. The master bedroom has double bed, walk in wardrobe, ensuite with extra large shower, WC and vanity unit. Three additional bedrooms with twin beds. Hairdryers, bed linen and towels provided. Laundry room has washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Table tennis provided.

Our screened swimming pool is reached by patio doors from either lounge or master bedroom. It has wonderful views over the 17th fairway. There is an extended pool deck with poolside furniture, plus pool and patio lights for evening swimming. Pool heating available.

Southern Dunes is a gated community with excellent amenities available to all residents including communal swimming pools, tennis courts, children's play area, fitness gym, fishing lake and clubhouse with restaurant and bar. It is listed in the Top 100 Modern Golf Courses in America. Within a 2 minute drive there are shops, restaurants, fastfood outlets, banks, fuel, pharmacy, Blockbuster video, and 24 hour Superstore.
