Welcome to Floridamax, our luxury Vacation Villa located on the executive development of Tuscan Ridge. The villa is within 15 minutes of Walt Disney World resort, several championship golf clubs, a host of shops, bars, restaurants and Orlando's premier attractions.

The Villa is set on a large corner lot featuring landscaped garden areas planted with a wide variety of palm trees. A private South facing fully screened heated swimming pool with Spa is set into a spacious extended deck area. Poolside dining furniture and sun loungers complete your outdoor living experience. All doors and windows to the pool are alarmed for the safety of young children.

Our Villa has been built with many executive upgrades and is furnished to an exacting standard. It is fully air conditioned throughout. 4 bedrooms (2 masters with en-suite) plus 2 further double rooms and a queen size sleeper sofa provides sleeping for a maximum of 10 adults. Three full size bathrooms are provided.

Greg Norman's Champions Gate Golf Course and Highlands Reserve are under 5 minutes drive with another six top rated golf courses nearby. Champions Gate course is regarded as one of the best in the Country and is the home of David Leadbetter's Golfing Academy.
