This executive family owned villa on Indian Creek, Kissimmee, one of the closest communities to Disney, just 3 miles to the main gate or 5 minutes drive, And two minutes to Highway 192 and all its restaurants and supermarkets.

It is ideally located just 6 minutes to the Interstate 4 so traveling to the space cost or to Bush Gardens and Clearwater on the Gulf cost couldn't be easier. There are also plenty of excellent Golf courses all around plus very good fishing.

The villa has 4 bedrooms/3 baths, sleeping 9 people, consisting of one King with a walk in wardrobe large en-suit twin shower double vanity unit and large bath, one Queen size bedroom with full bath shower en-suit and cable TV in both. There is also a twin room and a bedroom with bunk beds for sleeping three children. A cot (crib) is also provide. All bed linen and towels are provided. The main living area has cable TV plus VCR DVD and PS2 for your enjoyment. The furniture in the villa has been carefully selected for excellent quality and comfort and reflects the executive style of villa.

The pool is an oversized (30 ft) pool with Spa and oversized deck area which is south facing to make the most of the Florida sun, but also having a large lanai to sit in the shade.
