Our executive two storey villa, 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom, can be found on the beautiful gated community of Terra Verde. Terra Verde is a master planned themed resort residential gated community. Located in the Disney corridor just off highway 192 on Ponciana Boulevaed, just 7 minutes drive from the gates of Disneyworld, restaurants and shopping are all within close proximity, together with many remarkable golf courses. All of this makes Terra Verde a perfect place for families looking to enjoy all the attractions of Florida.

Jade House is a very spacious affording more than 2700 sq ft of accommodation. Wonderfully furnished, it's just perfect for spending lazy mornings around the breakfast table or sunning by our South facing pool.

Our property affords two master bedrooms, one overlooking the pool. The first contains a king size bed and the second a queen size - both connect to private ensuite. The third is a double and the 4th and 5th are both twins.

Our large family room is furnished with high quality furniture and includes cable TV, VCR and DVD. This room leads onto our morning room also overlooking the pool.

Our kitchen is fully fitted and leads onto the dining room which comfortably seats eight guests, with a further two seats at our breakfast bar.

Our south facing pool with extended decking has a beautiful lake view and is fully screened. We also have a covered lanai complete with table and chairs.

A washing machine and dryer are available together with iron, ironing board, vaccum cleaner, stroller, cot and highchair. All towels, beach towels and linens are supplied.
